Recently built, Villa Frangipani comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults in 2 separate pods which includes 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms, private swimming pool, and entertainment room. The two-story main Villa Frangipani houses two spacious en suite bedrooms on the upper floor joined by a sunlit common room with expansive views of the sea.
Downstairs, the living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, private dining /meeting room, entertainment room, and powder room. The living space expands to the outside patio areas on three sides of the villa featuring a sun deck overlooking the beach, a sheltered patio walk around the house, a cozy breakfast patio overlooking a zen garden.
The newly equipped kitchen with a gas range & oven, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator includes all you need from china to pots & pans. A colorful tiled breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the state-of-the-art entertainment room which is equipped with dish television, and surround sound stereo. The dining room has it's own entrance, opening off one side of the entertaining area, a brilliant place with a huge circular mahogany table for fine dining and family get-togethers.
The outside living area offers you relaxation options in the sun or the shade. A sundeck and seawall separate the villa from the beach. A covered tiled walk /patio area surrounds the house and continues onto the pool deck. For fun in the sun you'll find a hammock, lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and a fresh water pool, complete with a water fountain and pool toys. For convenience there is an outdoor shower and washroom. |
